ANSWER: This is not permissible as it is not scientific and most likely influenced by jinn.

It is said that evil eyes are real and we are suppose to recite Surah Nnas Surah Falaq and Surah Ikhlas morning and evening.My question is that how can one believe in evil eyes and black magic if we accept Belief in destiny (good and bad is from Allah) is the sixth pillar of iman?
